Every Pick A Tree order helps raise funds for one of our local charity partners. It all started back in 2018, when we sold Christmas trees from our garage in Manly and donated the proceeds to Royal Far West and One Eighty in Avalon. We've now raised over $100,000 for Sydney charities since 2018, and each of our venues supports a different local charity.
Manly: Royal Far West Children's Charity
Royal Far West is a specialist children's charity that has been improving the health and wellbeing of kids in rural and remote Australia for over 100 years. From its Centre for Country Kids in Manly, a team of more than 130 clinicians including paediatricians, psychologists, speech pathologists and occupational therapists provides developmental, mental health and disability support to country children up to age 12, both in person and via telehealth. Last year alone, Royal Far West supported more than 30,000 children, parents, carers and educators across four states.
Summer Hill: Addi Road Food Pantry
Addi Road Food Pantry is part of Addison Road Community Organisation, a not-for-profit that has rescued over 2 million kilograms of edible food from going to waste. Its food pantries provide affordable groceries and free emergency food relief to locals doing it tough — in 2025 alone, Addi Road rescued 620,000kg of food and fed around 450,000 people, roughly 9,000 people every week.
Glebe: Glebe Youth Service
Glebe Youth Service is a not-for-profit charity that has supported young people aged 12 to 19 in Glebe for over 30 years, helping them reach their full potential, achieve their goals and contribute positively to their community. As the leading community-based, non-government youth organisation in the area, Glebe Youth Service runs programs and facilities, from music recording technology to sports, art and craft, that give local kids somewhere to belong.
